I am a Real Estate Agent with years of experience taking photographs of homes, commercial property, and communities. Located in Saratoga Springs NY and willing to travel, I will work with you to identify the qualities of each home and capture it for the virtual tour.
Pictures- I will take high resolution pictures to showcase the best qualities and details of your property. or i can work with your pictures or your client's pictures to produce a virtual tour and add pictures taken throughout the year to show the home during different seasons. Flowers, colorful trees, or fresh snow all add to a property's appeal.
Floor Plans- Your tour can include an interactive flooorplan with multiple floors, these have an indicating icon to show the location of where the picture was taken or allow the viewer to see the location they want to see first.
Online - Toga tours provides syndication to Real Estate websites for greater exposure including REALTOR.COM (free posting with "enhanced" listing)

How do I use it?
Autorun CD's are optional and once created you can leave a CD at your listing for buyer/agentss to take with them, to help remember the property from the others that have only text or brochures
Place in your email signature file when sending an email to customer or client "Brand" it, and place the pictures in the order you want , this tells a story using pictures in the order you want a buyer to see them in. Ever hear the saying... "Pictures are worth a thousand words"
Have business associates (like Mortgage Brokers.) advertise on cover to help defer cost
What is a Web portal?
A web portal is a site that collects data and redistributes it for information/advertising business
Some are for a specific types of info (like real estate only), or for more general information
Some are national, some are regional....what does it do for me? Advertising in real estate areas on the internet that people will be looking specificly for Real Estate!
Examples you know already are:
Examples of National portals are: Realtor.com (the largest), Zillow, Trulia.com. Move.com, oodle.com, Google.com, MSN.com, Craigslist.com,etc.
Some are for selling advertising, such as “Sponsored Ad” or to other professionals with similar business interest, like mortgage co.’s
Your search engine is a portal, even AOL or yahoo...just look at the sections for cars, entertainment or real estate
How do I get it online?
For CRMLS (paragon) or Kinnexus, just copy the link into the virtual tour field, remember to check it to be sure you saved your upload
For company website: send (email) to webmaster or web administrator. Same if your have a personal web site
It will automatically be posted to Realtor.com, and since many portals use this info, fields will be populated by other portals from either Realtor.com or your local MLS (IDX agreement is necessary) Homeport is a good example of this

Newspapers…tours are online indefinitely, it is on MLS and therefore distributed to other portals aotumatically

How do I order?
1. Set up the tour photo shoot time or Get your pictures to add, don’t forget your agent picture or company logo, etc. if i don't have them already...consider email as an option.
i have a electonic key and you need not accompany me if schedule does not permit. i do prefer to have you accompany at least the first time and if there are hazzards like agressive pets or disgrutle tenants etc.
2. Send or email to tom@togatours.com or Call to Tom order, 518 469-6747 Include info like MLS # and desired contact info for tour cover page, agent picture..builder's logo...and Site name, etc.
3. Add payment,….. It’s that easy!
